Broadway (or sometimes The Broadway) is a street in the City of Westminster The City of Westminster (pronounced /ˈwɛstmɪnstɚ/ ) is a London borough occupying much of the central area of London, England, including most of the West End. It is located to the west of and adjoining the ancient City of London, and its southern boundary is the River Thames. It is an Inner London borough and was created in 1965 when Greater, in central London Central London is the part of London including the districts closest to the centre. There is no conventional definition, nor any official one, for the entire area that can be called "central London", though there is a wide traditional view to perceive as Central london area the districts surrounded by the circle line of London. It runs north from Victoria Street.

It was set up under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and had statutory powers to help enforce this Act, the Equal Pay Act and other gender equality legislation that existed at 36 Broadway

It is located in Wimbledon, London, England. The organisation has over 133,000 members, and achieved chartered status in 2000. The institute holds an annual conference for HR practitioners at 151 Broadway
