A. i wouldn't risk damaging your console i would suggest you going and purchasing a swap magic disc. it does the same thing as a mod chip and it'll work on any ps2 console and of course you don't lose your warranty like you would if you got your ps2 mod

A. Possibly not. You need to look up the "adverse possession" statutes in your province. If it's been over 20 years, you have probably lost title. In the US, if they occupy the land for as little as 5 years in some instances, they become the owner. The law favors those who actually use the land, not owners who ignore thier rights.

A. ew brampton. hahah that's to close to GTA. anyways knowing about these places i would say that you'd need to have a team in a neutral area so that two cities suport them. quebec city could support it's own franchise...but i doubt people would go to games, and they're already trying to get a hockey team there. for the southern ontario area if you combined london and windsor, you could easily have a sustainable franchise there. football is popular in those areas. i doubt laval would get a football team... and there can be another football team in the bc area...but it depends on where they're stationed. they'd have to do the same thing i suggested about the windsor/london area.

I doubt theres any that i would go to, i was just there for a school trip and im 17 and i was surrounded by 18 year olds and i didnt try cause they ided everyone(no matter how old you looked) your best bet would be a bar at laval just cause there would be a lot of kids so they might miss you, but its not guareenteed. i stayed in a small town (4 thousand people) and that bar still had security and they checked everyone even the locals. I only got in once cause the guy was looking the other way and the people i were with was 19. not 16 and 17 So i wish you good luck but it is so unlikely thatll youll get served a drink cause first youve got to get in and they might check again once you order your drink

Can I apply for permanent residence in Quebec once I am within a year of graduating CEGEP?
Q. I plan on attending Champlain Regional College this upcoming fall and, as an American, I will be subject to non-resident fees. I've read that Quebecois law allows one to apply for permanent residence once you are within 12 months of graduating, so I was wondering if I applied for permanent residence by the time I graduate from Champlain, if I could then attend a university like Universite Laval and be able to pay the Quebec resident fee...Thanks for any help you may bring!

A. not sure about the province of quebec, but we came to New Brunswick and it took longer than 12 months, and there are certain thing you have to have to qualify, and you can't apply while you are in canada, a PR card is for canada, you become a permanent resident of canada, i dont think the province of quebec can give you a PR card, infact i'm pretty sure they can't. to me you would be better off going to uni in either NB or NS, rather than quebec.

The rivers and lakes around Laval and Montreal are so shallow that it is very difficult to fish from the shore, particularly at this time of year when the water is low and the weeds are thick. Lac de Deux Montagnes (Lake of Two Mountains for us Anglos) is full of fish: Bass, Pike, Walleye, Muskies, etc. The Rivieres de Prairies and the Rivieres de Milles-Illes should also be goo spots for Bass and Pike.

Why cant I seem to score in ice hockey?
Q. Hi, I am playing Midget team in Laval, Quebec. Ok so here is the problem, I been playing hockey since 6-7 years. I am 16 now, and I always had like 30 goals and 20 assists in a season. Which has 25 games. In 11 games I have 2 goals and 16 assists. Last year in 10 games I've had 17goals and 10 assists. That's a major difference. I changed team during the summer because I've moved. I think that it could be a problem as last year in 11 games we had 10 wins 0 defeats and 1 tie. THis year we have 2 wins 8 loss and 1 tie... But still as contrary to last year, I cant seem to score the big goals, like the game tieing goals or the game winning ones... What can I do to get my game on? OK its getting worst. Q. i've sold a phone on ebay (312 USD) and the buyer complained it was damaged, so i refunded him/her the money in order to get the issue resolved and i get the phone back, they kept the money and the phone. i've contacted paypal and said that i did a partial refund and they can't do anything. the item was sold to a person in canada and i live in the US. what would be a way for me to get this resolved since paypal can't do anything. the buyer has the phone and money and won't respond to emails. could i file a police report with the laval quebec police in canada. and if i could how do i go about it, i've tried searching for ways to contact that buyers local police department and i can't find a number or website for it.
