Will condo prices for new developments in northern new jersey drop even more this coming June?
Q. My mom is looking to buy new construction condo in northern new jersey. She is looking at Rochelle Park/Cresskill/Clifton. Prices seem a bit high still. Not sure if developer is willing to neogtiate. Any thoughts if its better to wait one more month or so?

What should I do with the landlord (ex) not trying to return security deposit to me?
Q. I am dealing with ex-landlord who has been trying every possible ways not returning security deposit. He has done that to other tenants at his properties, he knows all the loop holes of the court system that even if the tenants files small or civil claims against him, he know that it is really hard or impossible to get the money. He knows that we can't afford to hire a lawyer. Maybe one of the viewers here might become his tenants, if you are looking for renting in Hasbrouck Heights, Maywood or Rochelle Park in New Jersey. Please help me what to do with the situation. If there is any organization I can get some help, please let me know. He has done that to so many peoples and some has to stop this guy. A. Take him to small claims court. With you records, and documents you should be able to get your $$$ back.
