A. It's approximately 5335 miles (from LA to Birmingham, England). It would be about a 10 hour flight, maybe a little shorter, although I suspect that there are no direct flights. Most likely, you're doing LA to London (9.5 hours) then London to Birmingham (1 hour) and then driving from Birmingham to Telford is probably another hour.

Where is it better to work and live Telford or Birmingham ?
Q. I was born in Birmingham but have been away for some time. I want to come back to England so bad ( from Canada ) If there are any other suggestions I would welcome them actually. It is just that my relatives live in Birmingham and Telford and I want to stay with them for a while when I come back to England in a few weeks.

Q. well iv been with my girlfriend 3 months shes almost 19 im almost 18. and .. to be honest we'v never been relationship people and the way we got together was so unexpected but we are madly in love and she lives 58 miles away. in telford and i live in coventry (england) now im doing a course at college i hate and her nan and grandad said i could move into there residential home if i did my chef training up there (if i could find a placement) id pay my way because i want to learn how to be a chef at the minute things are bad because week days we both have college and weekends im working. so its impossible to see each other i mean sometimes id actually ditch work to spend 4 days with her everytime i leave she cries or gets sick and i get… [cont.]

A. You're 18 and you don't need your parents permission. You're an adult. Whilst you have an alternative offer to move into a residential home this too I would suggest is totally unsuitable for numerous reasons not least lifestyle...what an 18 year old gets up to and a 70 year old gets up to ... staying up late, shifts, and then there may be restrictions re suitable tenants (over 65's only). My actual suggestion would be for you to find shared digs(a room in a house-share of bills etc), use it as a stepping stone, have a conversation with your gf re sharing together in the future and plan for that in say a year or two. Don't give up your plans for a career but transfer this to where she is, if you have missed term time then get a job… [cont.]

I need help im trying to find my half brother, I only Know a little bit about him myself all i know is his name is Ryan Bevan and he was born in Shrewsbury, Shropshire England, His Mums name is shirley, They have moved to the USA i think, They used to live in Brookside Telford Shropshire. he spoke to my dad years ago and said he would like to know he's sister and brother but he lost contact after that, I speak to my dad but this is all he knows himself
