A. Some areas include them together and some bill separately. Call the city 440-992-7103. I have a couple rentals and one of them gets one bill; the other I get two different bills, one from the water authority and one from the sewer authority.

Where's a good shoe store in Northeast Ohio / Northwest Pennsylvania?
Q. I'm looking for a shoe store somewhere between Cleveland, OH, Youngstown, OH, and Erie, PA. That should be easy enough...But I'm looking for women's size 11 shoes (sometimes 12) that I can walk a lot in and that won't kill my feet and aren't sneakers. I've tried all the usual stores: Dillards, Macy's, Gabriel Brothers, Kohl's, etc. but that didn't turn up anything useful. So what I need is a shoe store somewhere in the area, with a large selection, descent prices, and extended sizes. The closer to Mentor, OH or Ashtabula, OH the better...And please reply as soon as possible. I'll be leaving for school in about 5 days so I need to shop fast. Thanks for your help!
