It is true we had a hard time, though we have less spammers now, i worked my head for 5 days writing different ban systems, and now unleast we have much less spammers. And: who backstabbed you? if you have any problems you know my email ( ), and i can clear angry mods. And, you know, its darn lame to hate a website just because it is raided by spammers. Creative Writing forums or chats?
Q. Is there anywhere I can go to get feedback on ideas and writing? A place where I can get responses (quick ones, informative ones, etc.). Yahoo Answers only had a poetry section, but this is more of a story. Just a very general forum/chat website.

A. A lot of people post stories here in Books and Authors since there's no specific section for posting your own stories. You can always do that. ^_^ And I don't frequent many forums, but there are a LOT of writing sites out there. fictionpress.com worthyofpublishing.com booksie.com writerscafe.org Those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. The catch is that very few people will randomly review your work. You have to lure them there, usually by reviewing a lot of other people's work in the hopes that they'll reciprocate. I'm too lazy for that so no one reads mine, lol. ;)

A. go to the navigation at the top then go to community>forums(BBS) then you can pick one of the categories, then click on it and scroll to the bottom of the page, where the new posts will be. To post there will be a button on top of the posts that says "create new post in this category". Keep in mind it's not a chat room, and you MUST stay on the subject of sims or the websites surrounding it. Hope I helped, happy simming!

A. synchronous means the exchange is happening in real time (or near real time) such as instant messaging, chats, etc. asynchronous is the oppisite. blogs, forums, email.

How do you find decent people to chat with online?
Q. I go into Yahoo Chat rooms and it's really ridiculous. Too many kids (I'm 27) and too much "empty" talk and of course, too much x-rated impersonalized talk. A. No. If she's spending a lot of time doing this, it may be considered addictive behavior. You probably are not going to be able to affect a change, or get her to give it up. If you haven't talked to her about it, and your concerns, then do so. A. I'm not sure about support / chat forums, but look up EFT - Emotional Freedom Therapy. It's a technique that can help you deal with or even completely eliminate the pain. It helps with tons of things, but the most interesting thing I've found with it is in dealing with pain and in dealing with chemical effects in the body. Here's a link to some videos. Check out the one on EFT for Knee Pain. I know you don't have knee pain, but the concept is the same. Also take a look at this: (FYI - I am not associated with either of the resources mentioned. I'm just giving them to you in the hopes you get some relief.) Good luck!
