What are some fun games to play on horseback?
Q. I'm looking for some fun and creative games to play on horseback. I work as a counselor at a horse camp, and I'm hoping to set up some games for the campers to play. The campers are of all ages and experience levels, so I'm hoping to find easy games for the younger kids and some difficult or high-speed/high-intensity ones for the more advanced riders. Or just fun horse-related games in general!

A. some games that we play on horse back are: -mustangs & cougars: this works best with bigger groups of riders. everyone pairs up in "islands" of two horses and their is one "mustang" and one "cougar". the cougar has to chase the mustang until they get close enough to "tag" them{usually within two feet}. when the cougar tags the mustang, they switch roles. after a few role trades, the current mustang trades off with someone who is part of an island. and, to keep the game fair, the cougar must slowly count to five in between every tag or switch. - Duck, Duck, Goose: simple enough, have everyone pick a spot against the wall, or the outside of the arena if you will, and have the person who's it go… [cont.]

What games are a must have in a good casino?
Q. Hi, I am doing a project for my Gaming Management module and it involves developing a casino. However, I have never been to a casino because I am under the age limit. I don't really trust secondary sources because they might be outdated and may not really portray the interests of the majority. The games can be table games or machines. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A. I have been to countless casinos in my days. If I was to design my own casino, it would have around 800 slot machines and 80 table games. The ratio of machines to table games should be around 10 to 1. The slots would consist of a variety with about 20-30 high limit machines ($5, $25 and $100). I would have 200 $1 machines, some with a progressive payout and some regular. I would have 250 $.25 and $.50 machines, 100 $.05 slots and the rest $.01-$.02. You want a variety with some video poker games, interactive games with a touch screen and other regular slots. For table games, I would have a mixture of blackjack, craps, baccarat, 3-card poker, Casino War and the Money Wheel. I would also have a 60-table poker room and a Keno/Bingo hall. Can… [cont.]

What was that pc game where you played various games with bizzare characters?
Q. You could play all kinds of card games and other traditional games. You got to chose a character to be and those you played against. There was a bear that wore a hat and spoke with an accent, an old lady, an alien, and other strange characters who all had smartass, sarcastic, and funny things to say through out the game. It's been a while since I played this, like maybe late 90s? Perhaps a little later. Anyone know what this could be??? It was in 1997 and it's called Classic Holye Card Games.

What are the rules for trading games in to Game Stop?
Q. I just got a wii and am wondering if I can get rid of some of my old PS2 games in exchange for wii games. Do they allow you to trade in PS2 games for wii games? Also, about how much money would you get per PS2 game do you think? And if I can't trade PS2 games for wii games, am I still allowed to give them my PS2 games for money?
Asked by Sally Cat - Sat Dec 19 21:43:45 2009 - Video & Online Games - 1 Answers - 2 Comments
A. It depends how much the game is worth. I did the same thing you did and for every PS2 game you'll get about $6.00 worth.

How to delete game from my games folder?
Q. I've got a game that I've added to my games folder in Windows 7. It's Hawx2, a steam version of the game. I added it there by dragging it into the folder, but, unlike other games I've put in there, it doesn't work, and I can't seem to delete it. Any suggestions on how I could remove it from the games folder??? It's really annoying having it in there when it doesn't work.
Asked by Jeffrey - Sat Feb 12 22:27:56 2011 - Other - Computers - 1 Answers - Comments
A. Your problem is that you dragged it there instead of installing it there and now the "reference" points used to find the game are incorrect. 1. uninstall the game, preferably using the uninstaller with the game if it has one. 2. delete from game folder IF possible. (Since you moved it there is SHOULD be possible.) 3. re-install TO the game folder if that is where you want it. (There are SOME things that will NOT install except to "default" locations, and these can NOT be moved.)

What are some ds games that are similar to final fantasy type games?
Q. Im talking about either final fantasy 3 types/final fantasy 3ds types. Now I know ff4 is coming out in acouple of weeks but besides that, what are some other games similar to ff or old lunar type games. (i know lunar dragon song, but besides that) and not Pokemon/Digimon type games either even though technically they are similar but not those.

A. I would suggest Final Fantasy XII: Reventant Wings. It combines the rpg element of Final Fantasy and puts it into an RTS style of gameplay. Also Square Enix came out with a new game called World Ends With You, haven;t tried it yet but it looks promising.

How do you put i Tunes games on a 4th generation i Pod nano without removing old games?
Q. The old games I have on my i Pod are from a different computer, but I purchased a new game on i Tunes and the only way it will let me put my new game by syncing it, erasing the old games. Is there any way to put the new game on without getting rid of the old ones? (I have a mac, if that makes a difference in terms of directions (: ) Thanks!

A. you can export the old game to your itunes with the Aniosoft ibackup software, then sync it. In recent days i met a friend who has an i Pod with bunch of cool music on it. so I would like to enjoy these cool songs in my ipod, but I do not know how to get them.luckily my friend told me a great tool called aniosoft i Backup, which can transfer music from ipod to i Tunes and it's super-fast, only need a few minutes.so i recommend this one to all of you with problem of transferring music off i Pod/i Phone.

A. You can go to the following website which has whole bunch of FREE programs, tutorials, and other information for game programming: You can also get Video Game Tycoon for about $29. Yes this is NOT free but if you read the customer reviews for this product it is a good program that let beginners create their own video games: You can also go to an online book store like www.amazon.com which would probably have a whole bunch of good new and used books for game programming: sometimes it would be better to get a good book for game programming because it would probably show step by step on how to produce a good video game and it usually would include a CD which includes programs, code, instructions, and etc. which would help you to learn game… [cont.]

How many games can the xbox 360 4gb hold?
Q. Okay so i am planning on either getting the new xbox 360 4gb or 250 gb. How many games can the 4gb hold. To be clear, i will NOT be downloading any games off the marketplace, maybe just demoes and such, but no games. I'll only be playing games straight off the disc. So how many games will i be able to play off the disc until the memory is full? And how many demos can i get? Thanks.
Asked by Jordanz623 - Sun Feb 6 23:15:38 2011 - Xbox - 3 Answers - Comments
A. 4gb isn't really even enough to download some Original Xbox games, (for example, Ninja Gaiden takes up nearly 6gb). I believe the HDD's can be updated but my advice would be to either buy yourself an Arcade set with a starter pack, (which included a 60gb HDD), or get the 250gb variant of the new Xbox360.

Q. Are their video games that allow people to assault other "people"/human images inside the video games. Not just shoot as assault but as in sexually. In a wrong way, even if you don't think its wrong I want to know what games those are, I am doing a school assignment.

A. Are you doing a school assignment, or do you have a master plot of taking away our freedom due to your evangelical christianity? I'm just guessing when I say this, but I'm right aren't I? If you're in school, then you would probably have some idea as to what games kids are playing - if not then just ask them - they're your classmates! If you want to follow the WWJD mantra - the guy apparently allowed for free will didn't he?

Q. Are their video games that allow people to assault other "people"/human images inside the video games. Not just shoot as assault but as in sexually. In a wrong way, even if you don't think its wrong I want to know what games those are, I am doing a school assignment.

(Computer games) What is the difference between a stand-alone expansion set and an entirely separate game?
Q. For example, games like Homeworld: Cataclysm and Half-Life: Opposing Force are considered to be stand-alone expansions when they not only add new content, but completely replace content from the original games, whereas games like Doom II and Descent II do the same thing, but are always considered true sequels rather than expansions.

A. Well it really depends on how the developers make it out to be, for example Doom 2 could have been an expansion but since the developers decided for it to be a entire game that is what it was, then there is a game like Killxone which the second one definetly should have been a new one (Killzone 2) so to simplify it the developers decide if it will be an expansion or not.

How to manually create game shortcuts in games folder on Windows 7?
Q. When I install a video game on Windows 7, it usually places its shortcut in games folder. I find this very convenient, cause I can see rating information, information how well my computer can run it etc. The problem is, some of the games don't do this, and I was wondering, is there a way to manually enter this information, using windows registry, or whatever?

A. To put a shortcut there, right-click the game file, select Create Shortcut and move the shortcut to the game folder. But a shortcut isn't going to have game statistics. That's something the game itself creates, and you'd have to write a program (a separate one for each game) to do that.
