My great grandfather owned a park in hanover,pa called Forest Park does anyone have anymore detail?

The park came to public attention a few years back as part of it was to be occupied by the Point Pleasant pumping station. What route should I take to drive from Detroit, MI to Hanover, NH?
Q. In September, I'll be driving out to school in Hanover, NH from Detroit. I looked at Google Maps, and I already know the fastest route, but Google doesn't take stuff like border crossings, traffic, and scenery into account. So if you were me, how would you do it? Would you go through Canada? Or drive for an extra 1.5 hours to stay in the states? Which way is prettier, are there any other scenic shortcuts (or longcuts) I can take?

Q. My daughter (who is black) was pulled over for have a very small air freshner haning from her rearview mirror. This white racist cop went out of his way(u-turn on a busy street) to single out a black lady. I wonder how many tickets he have written for such a small thing. I hate white police.

A. Here's a few ideas: Lake Marburg at Codorus State Park The grounds of the Gitt Library on Rte 194 towards Abbottstown. I've seen a number of weddings there. They will let you cater your event so you could do an inexpensive cook-out. Adams-Hanover Archery or Outdoor Club. This is located near Abbottstown. There is an outside area by a pond that is very pretty. There is an indoor facility that, while isn't gorgeous, could be decorated for a pretty reception. A little pricier but: The Bridges - golf course but you could have lovely wedding on the deck with appetizers and cake reception In Hanover at the area by the water dam is beautiful.
