How would I get kennel license?
Q. I have found another place to live considering I can no longer keep my dogs inside and I was wondering what I would need to get kennel license and around how much it would cost. I am in Texas in Lampasas County. Any ideas?

A. You need to get in contact with officials where you live and they will tell you what you need. If You are putting them outside they will need a covered building of which you need to ask dog warden about sizes. How many dogs do you have/ Most areas wont issue kennel license for less then 6 dogs. Where I live it is 5, so I had a block and brick building built to house 25 dogs in high comfort. heat, a/c elevated beds whelping room grooming room. contact county officials.

what are my rights if im jailed?
Q. my fiance is in jail and i need some help, im not sure what to do about the situation at all. I keep calling the lampasas county jail in texas, zip code 76550. and they keep telling me that they cannot tell my fiance to call me even though i am taking care of her house and pets and i am in direct contact with her lawyer. the Lampasas county jails's excuse is that they dont pass messages to inmates. For PHUCKS sake its my future wife! All i need to do is to let my fiance know that we can afford a collect call a day on our phone service. I have some very important information for her but i cant call her, or leave her a message to even let her know to call me. I need some serious help.

A. Phone the lawyer and ask him/her to give her the message. Once she receives the message she will be able to call you. Im just curious can you not visit her yourself and tell her or is she too far away
