How do I get my neighbors daughter to stop hurting my children?
Q. My neighbors daughters hits,chokes,bit es.scratches,an d throws objects to hurt my children.Her mother just yells at her to stop,and I have had to intervene to many times.Im tired of it,I teach my children to walk away if they get angry at a person.About two days ago my neighbors daughter and her cousin both 5 years old killed a cat by stuffing it in a bucket and putting dirt and broken cement blocks on top.Im getting worried about my childrens safety since we live next door to her.My children are 3 and 5,i really dont want to tell them that hitting and what she is doing is normal and ok because its not.Any advice will be welcomed. A. Keep your kids away from the neighbor, daughter, and cousin. You also might want to report the cat killing--I don't think much would be done to 5 year olds, but maybe a visit from the cops would keep it from escalating.

Should me and my neighbors protest in front of my neighbors home just because she drives a Hummer?
Q. Im asking because im environmental friendly and everyone on our block drives smaller vehicles for example i drive a 2006 Porsche Cayenne and another neighbor drives a Honda Pilot. But this old lady bought this huge hummer last year and it's noisy, puts cracks in the road, and is not that good on gas(Internet Search). A. Let your neighbors know that you are unhappy with their cat coming into your yard. If they do not respond, each time you see the cat in your yard, get out your garden hose and give the cat a good spraying. This will not hurt it..but deter it from coming into your yard. Also, some places have leash laws that pertain to cats as well as dogs..check out what your local laws are to make sure it is even legal for them to let their cat roam freely. I love cats..but they really need to be INDOORS where they are not killing native wildlife.

A. you can get the city to put a "no littering sign" up at the citys expence and then report the wrong doers every time you catch them. that will hurt them in the wallet and it should cease. but then you can start a neighbor war. if it were me , and i usually do the WRONG thing, id tell them "ive respectfully asked you to restrain your litter and yet you still disrespect me, either clean up your trash or i will beat you f**kin a** capise?" or id get my sniper kitty to do my dirty work. there are no laws for a cat commiting assult

Q. My driveway is close to my neighbors house and their guests or the pizza guy is constantly parking in my driveway. A. There are a few things you can try. You can install motion control device that will set sprinklers to go on whenever that cat enters the area. You can also try planting plants that cats dislike such as lavender, lemon thyme, and geraniums. A. This sounds like a job for Judge Alex. (bad joke) Write down dates and times you spoke to your neighbor about the situation. Get names of any witnesses to you speaking to him about the situation. Does you neighborhood have a homeowners association, or are you in an unrestricted neighborhood? Most HOA's have rules about storing unoperatable vehicles on the property unless it's in the garage out of sight. Be upbeat and friendly to your neighbor, but dont let him try to suck money out of you for a vehicle he apparently has no money to fix or move anyway. If he is a decent person, he will probably be OK with it since you asked for his cooperation from the beginning.

A. That assumes there was much to hear, and anyone was home next door. From what I recall, Nicole was murdered with one clean, deep slice across her neck, dying almost immediately. It's not clear if Ron was able to utter much either. A struggle isn't always noisy if the victim is fighting for life.

A. The only way is to hang decorative sheets on every side of the balcony... you have a right to privacy especially on your balcony. But the neighbors might complain because it might be a tad bizarre but if you think about it it really shouldn't be... and they, the sheets, don't have to be up all the time. Another great idea if possible is to bring a radio and or tv outside when you enclose it with sheets so it looks like you are just in the mood to be outside with your privacy privledges of having your own home; or you can say you just want to enjoy some cigarettes while either watching tv and/or listening to the radio and you can't smoke inside.
