What is a implication of the ADA to upper management as it relates to either psychologically or physiologica?
Q. What is a implication of the ADA to upper management as it relates to either psychologically or physiologically impaired employees.

A. In theory it should have little impact. Every business needs to make accommodations for their customers. Even a business that is not "open to the public" will still have customers from another business. The ADA just requires the same type of accommodation for their employees as well. In practice, however, it can be a sticky issue. I fall under the ADA requirements as I have an artificial leg. My employer is required to make reasonable accommodations for me so that I can do my job. The problem is the definition of reasonable. While the actual accommodations can be very inexpensive, if you have an intractable employer or an unreasonable employee, the legal cost of defending your position can be very devastating for many businesses. … [cont.]

Rollover IRA from old job 401K Can I add money to this and what is the tax implication?
Q. I have a Rollover IRA from a previous employer's 401k plan. Can I add money to this and wha is the tax implication? Does monies added become tax deferred until retirement? Do I need to open another account? Thanks and Happy Holidays to all...

A. If your Rollover IRA is separate from your other IRAs (if you have any), you can easily move it into another employer sponsor retirement plan. If you make contribution out of your own pocket (not from your paycheck) into your Rollover IRA, you lose the right to move your Rollover IRA into another employer's retirement plan. In all IRAs, your investments grow tax-deferred. If you add money to it, you won't pay tax until you withdraw it. If you don't have your own IRA (beside the Rollover IRA), you should start a Roth IRA (if your income is below $100,000). In 12 months after you started the Rollover IRA, you can roll the assets from the Rollover IRA into a Roth IRA. Any withdrawals from Roth IRA are tax free after age 59 1/2. For more… [cont.]

What is the implication of A'isha's claim that there was a verse on rajm but a goat ate it?
Q. How are we sure that there were no other incidences where Allah failed to protect the Koran as He had reportedly promised to? Lifting the Fog, I just ask questions and you are annoyed. Muslims started these kind of religious questions in this forum. You have been using very rude languages and yet we have been patient. If a Christian asks you questions about your religion, you get annoyed. Do you think only you Muslims get feelings?
