Which University should I go to...? UT, TCU, UPhoenix@Dallas, UDallas,UT Pan -American or UTSan Antonio?
Q. Bexause once i graduate from Community college, I want to go to one of these college (notice than any Texas A&M college brances were listed) I have Several huge scholorships and I want to choose one. My main goal is UT-Austin and UTSA, and possibly University of Phoenix@Dallas

A. First to comment on taeylor's answer - UT doesn't "send" anyone to UTSA - its a stand-alone university with its own curriculum and a student body closing in on 30,000. Many of the students there attend UTSA because they want to, not because they couldn't get into UT-Austin. go roadrunners!! I suppose I'm somewhat biased since I teach there, but UTSA is an outstanding school with an equally outstanding faculty, many of whom are recognized worldwide as authorities in their field. Since the school has only been around since 1969, most of the facilities are new and up-to-date and the learning environment is equal to - or better than - what you'll find at some of the other schools on your list. Why doesn't my university have a football team?
Q. I graduated from the University of Texas at Pan American, and for as long as its been around it has never had a real football team. It is a large university and has a basketball team that will play division I schools like University of Texas, which it is a branch of, but for some reason, being is South Texas loves it's football, I still dont understand why this has not happened. Does anyone know why?

A. that happens because most of the politicians that make these laws have some personal intrest in these companies...it's really a legal form of organized crime ...no different than Al Capone.
